The story of La Jeune Mariee is a love story...
La Jeune Mariee Bridal Boutique opened its doors in 2004 in a sweet little spot of only 800 square feet in picturesque Downtown Worthington. Walking into the store at that time, with the bay windows and the inset door with tiles beneath your feet, in the door you’d hear the chime - everything you would expect from a charming bridal boutique.
From the very beginning, the combination of breathtaking dresses and genuine warmth made it a special place for anyone looking for a friendly shopping experience in a luxurious setting. But that was only the start.
Lindsay Fork, our Founder and CEO, purchased the shop in 2008. Passionate about bridal and obsessed with finding the most gorgeous designer gowns for the boutique, she created a dreamy, welcoming atmosphere where brides could fall in love with their perfect dress.
In the beginning, the store stocked a handful of lovely independent dress brands, but over the years that expanded to an inventory of more than 20 renowned designers, including some of the most exclusive names in the industry. This was when the La Jeune Mariee Collection was truly born. With Lindsay's entrepreneurial spirit, the boutique rapidly outgrew its little home, and we moved into our location in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio. Years later, we built our dream boutique in Grandview, which is where you'll find us now.
La Jeune Mariee has become a beloved bridal shopping destination for brides and their families from all over the midwest and beyond. We’re very proud to welcome brides who have traveled hours for an appointment with our stylists, knowing that it’s worth the trip.
